You've Been Framed! (±x)

In the 1990s in the UK, there was be a TV show called ‘You’ve Been Framed’ with host, Jeremy Beadle. People would send in VHS videotapes of their funny events caught on camera, in the hope of getting ten pounds or something if they were one of the favourites each week. There was also a follow-up show called ‘Beadle’s About’ which wasn’t too bad either.
However, I was not aware that there was a remake of both programmes, from around July 2015 onwards in Sri Lanka.
Raymond Michael Callingham BA FCA, Director of Beeley Hawley & Co had been engaged to finalise the outstanding accounts of Rhodium and associated entities.
When he came to see me on his second trip he did nothing of any use except waste my time, deliver nothing, and deceive me about an HMRC form. He was effectively carrying out an unlawful search but frankly there was nothing in the house so no issues from that perspective, although of course he will be sued.
Just one of the recordings is here; all part of an ongoing scam to gain unlawful access to various information in an attempt to make a non-existent case more juicy, and obfuscate the source of unlawfully-obtained information that those parties and their agents hold:-
I really do enjoy investigations because I am terribly bored these days and it is such fun dealing with amateurs who continually pervert the course of justice, fail to give full and frank disclosure when obtaining warrants, and rely upon a Chain of Custody that they know is deficient. And did I mention Lawyer’s Constructs?
Be mindful that Sri Lanka is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, and any evidence obtained from Sri Lanka (and any country that provides a ‘Visa on Arrival’ to Sri Lankans such as Singapore and Bahamas) is going to be tainted regardless of the ‘official’ channels it has come through.
When visas to the UK/AU and education are promised by officers to locals to get information, ‘good faith exceptions’ are nullified so check every item of everything in every way possible (and its source), and then check again!
Time for me to get a Norwich Pharmacal Order I think, against the very organisation the first one was ever obtained against, and of course PAD under CPR 31.16 against Ray!
